ZIYON Capital Advisory
For accountants and commercial finance brokers

A business can have good accounts and still present a weak credit case.

Ziyon provides the lender-side credit analysis: the questions a file will face, the weaknesses that invite them, and what can be strengthened before a submission, a review, or a refinancing discussion. Alongside the work you already do — not in place of it.

I · Where the gap sits

Three roles around one client, each doing what it does best.

Ziyon does not arrange finance, introduce or recommend lenders, or negotiate terms. The client relationship stays where it is.

The accountant

Knows the business and its numbers.

Accurate, compliant, filed on time. What that record does not do is anticipate how an underwriter will read it.

The broker

Knows which lenders, products and structures fit.

Market knowledge, appetite, and the route to the right desk. The file still has to survive the desk it reaches.

Ziyon

Reads the file as the credit analyst deciding on it will.

Adversarially, on the borrower's behalf, before it is submitted. A five-lens read and a four-level verdict against a stated basis.

Someone still has to ask
  • Does the cash generation support the proposed debt?
  • What will concern the credit analyst reviewing the accounts and bank statements?
  • What could prevent the case from being recommended?
II · What it gives you

The same work, read differently by each side of the introduction.

For accountants

An additional credit lens, without replacing the client relationship.

You keep the compliance work and the relationship. The client gets a read on how a lender will see the numbers you have prepared — and a written record of what to address before they ask for it.

For brokers

A better-prepared borrower, and fewer avoidable surprises in underwriting.

The weaknesses that stall a case are identified before submission rather than during it. Where a file is not yet ready, you know that early, in writing, and with the remediation sequenced.

III · How it runs

Four steps, and the commercial arrangement agreed before any of them.

Engagement structure, fees, and how the work is branded are settled in conversation, case by case. Nothing begins without it being written down.

01

You raise the file

A short note on the business, the ask, and the timing. No documents needed yet.

02

Scoping call

Twenty minutes, no charge, to establish whether there is credit work worth doing and at what tier.

03

The credit read

A Snapshot, or an Audit at the tier the file warrants. Written, with the basis of assessment stated.

04

Back to the client

The prepared file, the gaps sequenced, and the questions a committee would ask already answered.

IV · The boundaries

Stated plainly, because they are what make the partnership work.

Not a broker Ziyon does not arrange finance, introduce or recommend lenders, negotiate terms, or take a success fee. Which lender a client approaches is not our decision.
No lender-side income No commissions, retainers, or payments of any kind from a lender, in any circumstance. Ziyon is paid for the analysis and nothing else.
Referral arrangements Where an adviser introduces a client, a referral arrangement is available. It is agreed in writing before work begins and disclosed to the client, and it does not change the client's fee or the content of the read.
The client relationship Yours. We work alongside the adviser already acting, and we do not solicit the compliance, advisory, or broking work that sits with you.
Regulatory position Ziyon provides credit-readiness advisory and document preparation only, outside the FCA regulated perimeter. Funding decisions rest solely with the lender.
V · Start a conversation

Tell me about the clients you work with.

If a specialist credit-readiness partner would be useful to your clients, the next step is a conversation — what you see, where files stall, and whether this fits the way you work.

Or write directly to hello@ziyoncapital.co.uk, or book twenty minutes.
